Very interesting. Do clean agent extinguishers need to be recharged? And how often? They are pricey compared to powder extinguishers.

Thanks Gary. Agree chatter is an issue with aluminum parts I will have to think of a better way to clamp it.

txkiwi the recommendations on this discussion worked fine. I was using a 1/4 2-flute carbide end mill (51402), running it at 12000RPM, 60IPM and plunging at 20IPM clearing .03" per pass.
