Check with US Router tools ask Joey about the Amana bits numbers 46181 and 46180. These are compression bits that have a 7/32 compression area. They are small shanks but maybe they will work for...

I totally agree. Not pitching any tool supplier over another. Just the fact that if I need small or odd tooling these are the folks I go to.

My personal experience with Cypress clocks and epoxies is do the pour at one time. Fill the carving, trying to avoid air bubbles (Heat gun or torch will help break them up) then pour the top. Again...
