JP, just to follow up, I ended up acquiring some M6 zerks and some 5.5mm o-rings and they installed nicely to replace the simple hex screws.

So if anyone needs any M4 zerks...I gotz some available!

Regular OSB isn't the best for full weather exposure, so coating it is important for it to last for a reasonable period of time. The type used for the crating is just "regular" building sheathing...
