Plywood is vac friendly if you buy it flat or with a little cup is even better just no s bends, that said if you buy cheap stuff you need to cut before it cups real bad.

It does not, big iron CNC's just drop one on and go (change out as needed).
But if you are not running your vac table all day your SB may get mis-shaped, move and cause problems.

We cut it in two pass, one climb at 2 ips 16000 rpm and leave a .05 skin, pass two is con .010 into the spoiler. We also cut plywood and Baltic plywood the same...

Just use v-carve to draw your cab parts, Solidworks is great (i use Creo 3.0 for complex things) but you can go a lot faster using v-carve to make boxes, shelf pins, and dados.

How exact do these need to be? A table saw, chop saw router table would be way faster getting them to size. I would just use a cnc for the holes and the sinks, by making a jig to hold multiple parts...

We cut it all the time.
.125" bit, 2ipm, 16000rpm, .125" per pass
We use .125"2 flute bits from drillman1 on ebay, they are cheap and last very well.
