The best by far is a 16 bit Bitmap...
Jpeg is at the lower end of the quality scale.
But just as every other image, the more it is copied it looses some small but of resolution..

As a teacher of the Vectric software I would say it may be helpful if you had a project in mind..There are so many options on how to do something it becomes a mind overload to try a cover everything....
