Sounds like your off by 1/2 the bit diameter....

Sounds like your off by 1/2 the bit diameter. Maybe check if your cuts are on the right side of the line or maybe on the line

V-Carve 8.0 mirror command

I traced 1/2 of a uke body for a fixture from a bitmap and scaled it to within a few thou. Then I mirrored the image so that both sides are identical but not joined because I want to leave a 1/4" gap...
