Default Cutting 40 gauge alum

Hey guys im cutting a few small pieces of alum. They are 40 gauge. Any idea on the feed and speed. I though 12000 rpm and 100ipm? O yea I was going to us a 1/4 inch end mill. Im just knocking the edges off.
