Default Outsourcing of Digitizing

Does anyone have a contact or know where I could get some images digitized into vector files? I have a customer who has a logo for his business that he wants cut into a sign that he can take to trade shows. However, the design he has was drawn at a resolution for business cards and I have not been successful in tracing this image file into a sufficiently machinable file. He is currently working to get a higher resolution image, so that may be the solution to my problem. But, just in case I would like to find someone to possibly outsource the digitizing of the design to. Thanks for any input.

I have used Cherry Graphics for vectorizing artwork. They are very good, and usually have the files back to me in one day.

Thanks for the reference, Jim. Always nice to have "sources."
