Default Machine thinks it's hitting the limit

Hello,
I've ALWAYS parked my Stinger when done, but I forgot last time. I left the gantry at the far end of the table. Now when I start it & try to initialize it thinks its hitting the Y soft limit. Any thoughts? THANKS!

That should not matter,, are you initalizing from a cold boot ? do you have an ATC if so you may have to remove the tool in the spindle (Always check to make sure it is not spinning) Just safety always
