Default T-Slot / Vac Top

Here is one we did as a custom table. Should it be an option?

Cool

Hate to sound dumb, but I sometimes can not help myself. To use the vacuum table do you not need to glue a MDF top on top of the grid? If you do glue a top on top of the grid will that not cover the T tracks?

Just wondering?

Very nice table Joey, so you can use vac or t-slots, your choice?

Or, on hard to hold stuff, could you use both?

Neal,
If you have enough vac you do not need to glue down the spoil board (SB). I use a foam strip in the groves of the table or a flat foam tape on the outside edge of the zones. You mill one side of the SB and then flip it. You do this to get the factory finish of the MDF. Make sure you use the vac when surfacing as to get it as flat as you can.
