What an inspiration! It is guys like you and so many others that take the time to share and post that provide so much inspiration to those like myself. Your God given gifts you have honed into talented passions is plain to see and continually raises the bar for the rest of us.

On a more dour note, I may have a new mandatory project in my near future regardless of the limit of free time. I took the time to show my dad your chair........

Default Digital Fabrication Service

I met a guy at Charlotte Maker Fair a couple of years ago. He had an idea to make an adjustable easel. He designed everything in AutoCAD Fusion 360 and sent me all of his design files. From there, I imported his vectors (I made some very small changes to give him some tolerance between all of his components) into Aspire and we did a small production run. Attached are pictures of his parts.

The last picture, that part was double sided machined.

Thank you for the very kind words! Iím a little slow to posting pictures of jobs and personal projects. Digital Fabrication is my love and passion, Iíve been doing this since...well, I donít really remember.

Free time is hard to come by, for sure. But if you work at it a little bit, youíll finish eventually! I originally modeled the chair in SketchUp, shelved the project when I had time to create my part drawings and tolerance everything. Funny thing is, I still need to create the cushions! Lol! Iíve been holding off on this for so long because we want the cushions to match our decor in the bonus room.
