Yeah I have tabs on my final one. I have it all figured out just curious why it cuts outside the bootjack when I have it clicked on inside profile. Here is the "finished" file.

The bottom left corner of the vector outlining the cutout shape is open. Click on it and press the "n" key and if you select that corner and click down on the arrow it will separate. If you click on the line when you see the dotted outline then right click with the mouse and select join/close vectors with a line and it will close it.
That is why the toolpath is acting funny.
