I was able to bring the router head to the home position or very close. However when I tried to do a touch top it went up about a half inch and then tried to go back down. I was able to stop before it went into the spoilboard, but I am not able to raise it manually. it is setting on .69 for z and the Y has a red arrow to the left of it which appeared when I inched it back home.
Please can someone tell me what to do?
Kathy

Default Thank YOU

I am not sure how it happened or what made it work but It seems to be running now. I inched it to home bit by bit. and then initialized. and calibrated. I just hope it keeps working.

My machine started doing odd stuff out of the blue. The fix for me was turning everything off and taking loose the multi pin cable between the cnc and computer and just blowing it out and reconnecting it.

It didn't seem loose or dirty though...... But it fixed it for me.
