I make slides for a customer that are roughly that same size. Note that after so many, those wood screws will not bit into the wood. Since you are already familiar with the AMAZING site mcmaster, look up threaded inserts and with a flange and install them from the back if you can. This way you can use machine screws that wont wear out nearly as fast as a wood screw into plywood.
