Default Help reset estop c1 error

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. After finishing two
jobs I shut the vacuum and pc down but not sure about the machine control box. Later that evening I was in the shop and evidently hit the estop while moving some stuff again I don't know if the machine was still on or not. Lesson learned will not get in a hurry and pay attention to my shutdown procedure. Went back next day to run another job and now I get Reset Estop C1 and it also says running Macros/macro-abort.mac and the machine
is dead.

Be sure to turn the e stop button when resetting. The turn releases the off switch.
If you have the control panel open, the door switch might have it off too. I don't know if you have that feature so just guessing.

If you hit the e-stop and pushed it in, did you rotate it and get it to pop back out to disengage?

Thanks for the quick reply's, I have pushed in and reset the switch several times and it seems to pop out when I rotate it. I haven't taken the cover off
to check and see if any things loose.

There are led's on the power supplies and on the drive unit it self, what colors are they? Solid or blinking?

Gary,

I will pull the cover off this evening and check. Can you give me a next step depending on whether I have no/blinking/solid led

Thanks

The next step is dependent on the condition displayed by the LED'S

Thanks again for all the quick responses, I've run an electric motor repair shop for the last 40+ years and if I had a dollar for every time I told someone it sounded like a voltage issue and before you pull and bring the motor in make sure your getting the correct voltage. We'll I'm sure you guessed it after pulling the cover and seeing no lights started checking and then realized the 110plug had come loose, I had checked the 230.

Oh well this little scare will make me more systematic in my startup / shutdown procedure

Thanks again
