Default Help Please - Tool Path Malfunction

I have a Stinger 2 3x4 and I'm having a malfunction in part of the tool path. An image of the path is attached. I'm profile cutting 1/2" MDF with a 1/4" 2-flute up/down compression bit.

Starting at the y-axis, the first four objects cut fine. Starting with the 5th part from the left, and continuing to the right, the left side (bottom of of each object cuts fine but the right side (top of the arc) is jagged and in two vertical planes. I've attached two photos showing the left side and right side of the part showing this problem.

I'm in a time crunch for a job and need some help please.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sincerely,
Ned Ladner

while I have only cut approximately 10-12 sheets of MDF during the last year, I have cut out each one, including MDF doors, with either a .25 or .375 2 flute down cut end mill without issue. I only use Mortise compression bits when cutting plywood. Have you tried an end mill?

Also, so the pros on here can better assist you, go ahead and list feeds/speeds,etc so they have a clearer picture of your toolpath approach.

Might be material movement. After the first 4 parts are cut away there's not enough material left to ensure the remaining parts don't flex, vibrate or lift. Might want to look at better material hold down.
