Hmm, don't get it. Not showing at my end. Cleared my cache and
even looked at it in Firefox and still no show. Thanks for getting
back to me. I found it in the archive which I guess made me think.
    Thanks again.

    Patrick,
Looking at the settings below your router bit is 1 mm diameter, that would explain the small spetover.

    Hi Mick!

New Stinger1 owner here. Just wanted to say "Thank You!" for all the videos / posts, etc. They've been a HUGE help.

Question: I'm trying to use the Spoilboard EXE file you created and it works well BUT I've had Camaster set up my machine for Metric/MM usage and for some reason the "stepover" on the X axis doesn't seem to be working properly. I set it to "90%" (since I'm just playing/testing) but it only seems to move over about 1mm with each pass up/down the Y axis. Needless to say this is going to take HOURS to complete 1 pass! :-)

Any idea how/why this is happening? Easy way within the G-code to fix this?

    Patrick

    Greg,
It sound like your Wincnc is not setup for a touch probe, if you start Wincnc and click on help button then click on about. Check to see if the check box next to touch probe is checked, if not contact Camaster for a new DAT file (there might be a cost for the file).

    Hello Mick,

I am a new user of our company's new stinger 3 4x4 machine in the Atlanta area. I have been watching many of your videos which has been a great help in getting comfortable in starting to use our machine.

I was wondering if you could help me understand the center finder macro you have. I tried reverse engineering it from your video and it looks like it will work if I can just get the probe configured properly. I can't seem to get wincnc to recognize our probe as the temporary low limit. Our probe on the input screen says it is P3B3 and in wincnc.ini the probe line reads auxin=c20p3b3o1

Does this mean our probe is input channel 20?

Sorry to bombard you right out of the gate with questions like this, but I would really appreciate the help.

I will be at Camasters this Thursday and Friday for the training coarse so I hope to learn as much as possible then as well.

    Thanks,

    Greg Allen
