    I'm not sure what version of WinCNC you're running but in early WinCNC 3.0 versions, the buffer for doing homing and tool touchoffs was too small by default. WinCNC realized that and gave us a line for the wincnc.ini that would take care of it. If you put this line into the wincnc.ini file it should help you out.


    These are the number of pulses that the buffer stores for "s" (slow homing/tool measure moves) and for "f" (fast homing) moves. Default was originally s1 and f20. Now they have been changed to s6 and f60. Don't make the values any larger without consulting CAMaster.
