missing parts in nest

I have some cabinet parts I need to cut. I usually nest them by hand. Today I am using the nest feature. Problem here is I am loosing parts. Before nest I have 45 parts after nest I get 43 parts....

Are you sure you didn't mean Aspire 9.5? I just checked for the update of (VcarvePro) as you said it has updated to 9.5.
I got the message saying I have the latest version at 9.015.

I zoomed way in on the pdf and saw the bad relolution but I never thought it was from multiple copies. I don't want to trace it as I have no idea as to how important it is to the customer....
