Don't know if this will help but did you look at the WinCNC Inputs via the window on the PC screen? Like the attached photo. If you see a light cycling on and off, or not cycling, it might be a clue....

I have done a bunch of fiberglass/epoxy work over the years. This was the first complete inlay I have done with epoxy. This shelf was about 16 by 32 inch mahogany. West system epoxy and white paint.

I wouldn't get too worked up before you talk with the factory. I suspect some variation in these dimensions is allowed. Just a matter of how much given you have some significant variation.
