Expanding dowels

I'm looking for 1/4x1" dowels I can use as locating pins and hold downs for a project that has been difficult to cut. I know I've seem someone on the forum post about them. I need about 30 of them...

Camaster owner training is a great place to start.

I would start with the factory training and online videos. Gary and Michael training classes are great too. And the night have one near you?

Lots of table plans on web.

I use the cnc to cut the hole and ends of my tops. I only have a 50" table so my program is tiled. I use covers on carts so the top size was important. The rustic cart is 80yr old fur from a barn...

Thumbs up Been using Joey's app for months and it works...

Been using Joey's app for months and it works great. Easiest way I've found to dial in feeds and speeds.

Thanks guys,

Anthony, Walnut and cherry and the inlay woods and I used a 1/16"end mill for the main inlay and a 60 in this v inlay parts using the vectric standard process.

Inlay project

Had the opportunity to create another wedding gift. This one isn't a cutting board, but just art. I decided no one was going to cut on one of my inlays boards so for couples that aren't big cooks...

Thanks for the information at the Aspire camp. Took your advise and ordered a fan when I got home. Found one in stock from DigiKey right next door in MN. Pretty easy replacement little solder...

I have led light mounted on my dust hood.

I currently had two strips of led lights but just purchased a round set from superbright (AE120-NW39) will provide more light and take away some of the shadows. I will be reworking my current dust...

Try precisebits.com

I used theses on my carvewright and continue to have had better luck on the stinger II. .125 pass depth and feed rates a little slower that depth.
