Maybe look in your TAP file for a Y value larger than the WinCNC.ini setting for the Y soft limit?

When you find that in the tap file, then you will be able to figure out where it is happening....

Check out the Restart menu item off of the file menu. Worst case, you will have to use a text editor file like Notepad or Notepad++ to open the file and figure out the row that you left off on....
