As far as we have determined, it was the tension...

As far as we have determined, it was the tension spring that holds the x axis gear tight against the rail track... it had good tension on the left side of the gantry, not quite as much on the right...

The LSU state cutouts were the first ones I did not long after I got my machine... this was more practice since I'm a newbie on CNC's. Just found it odd...

I'm cutting a couple of plaques for friends for Christmas... I cut the first one on walnut, which not only was it too dark for the look I'm wanting but figured it didn't need to be a "hard" wood....
