I've got an intricate inlay to do for a floor piece.

I'm using the V-carve method for inlays. I cut the female at .125" then machine the male, mirrored, at .0625 start depth/.0625 flat depth.

It's hard to find a bit that DOESN'T cut this...

It's hard to find a bit that DOESN'T cut this stuff well. Just be sure to use a "CLIMB" cut for profiles. That direction will weld any chips to the scrap and not the piece you're cutting.
