Flow chart shows that for one motor flowing 47.2 cfm holds 6.8 inHg. The same would hold true for 4 flowing 188.8 cfm. (+/- a couple %) I didn't interpolate to exactly 200, but this should get you close.

You can plan on a ULDF spoilboard 2' by 4' zone flowing just about that amount (50 cfm) in "average" cutting on 1' square parts with a 3/8 bit. More if smaller and less, of course if parts are larger.
