2 Newbie Questions:
[1] When looking at router bit specifications cutting length is the "maximum" material thickness that it can cut correct?
i.e.
Cutting Diameter: 1/8"
Cutting Length: 1/2"
Shank Diameter: 1/4"
Overall Length: 2"
[2] Where is the best place to find a 1/8" EM (Or alternative with 1/8" cutting diameter) that can cut 3/4" thick material?
I have looked around at US Router Tools and can't find a 1/8" EM with cutting length over 1/2"
I did find a bit on Amazon that looks like it might work, but not sure as it is 4 flute and I remember reading the other night on the forum that 4 flute isn't a good idea for some reason:

I've been making some samples of table numbers and other signage for a local wedding. All good on the signage, but instead of 1/2" for their table numbers they want it in 3/4". Some of the words and numbers due to their selected font requires the smaller cutting diameter.
Thanks
