Large 120" arch mold for a concrete mold over a door entrance, used index method to cut in two files

Looks nice Jim, Congrats.
I taught this week in the training classes that you can use the tiling toolpath WITH the molding toolpath to create oversize arced molding on a small machine.
The software keeps opening up opportunities..

How do they pour that?
Plasticizer and vibration, or is it poured flat and set in place?
