Default WINCNC Crashing Cobra Machine

So I am at a stand still waiting on camaster tech support to get back with me. If anyone on here has any input on what is causing my issue it would be appreciated! I am in the busy season and my machine is down and out.

So Yesterday i was running the machine, everything running smooth. In the morning i went in to initialize it and WINCNC keeps crashing right when i click on Initialize. I have tried the following:

1. Checked all connections, everything seems to be seated properly.
2. Taken the Card out of the computer and reinstalled it to make sure everything was connected properly.
3.Tried running WINCNC with CNC1 cable plugged in and not CNC2 it causes WINCNC to crash. But when I run it with CNC1 unplugged and CNC2 Plugged in it does not crash the program. (not sure what that means)

4.I reinstalled the drivers for the card.
5.Tried a system restore on the PC

I think that's everything..... so if anyone has any input it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Add your info, type of machine software to your signature line, it will help others identify a bit more.

When you say "Crashing" what does that mean ? Stopping, hitting something ?

Sorry when i say "crashing" i meant program is crashing. Right when i click on anything within WINCNC that communicates with the machine it closes the program with a generic windows error.

If your control PC is on the internet you could have a virus. WinCNC is almost bulletproof. Run virus software and try again.

If this doesn’t help this would be a question for the WinCNC team not CAMaster so much.
