Yes, I zero off the bottom of the material. That's why it does not make any sense. It should go to the bottom of the material plus the cut thru.

I will send the file to the helpdesk and keep playing with it until we get it figured out.

Maybe I am not following you on the thru bore but in order to thru bore, your hole depth needs to match your material thickness. If your material is .75 thick then your hole depth needs to be set for .75. Maybe I am missing something.

I finally figured it out.
the holes were set in the fastener section of the parameters although they did not show as being used. There was a CNC fastener and when you selected it, it showed the setting set to .72. That was driving everything and I assume overriding the cut thru length, as it thought it knew better. All fixed and smarter for it.
