Default Anaheim Automation DPF72003 or 4

Hey all you Cam heads, I recently acquired a 1998 Warthog CNC for a good price. In the middle of checking everything out I find that the DPF72003 controller is missing the internal harness that connects each axis. I call AA and they want $350 plus shipping each way to refurb it. Before I go down that road I am wondering if any of you all happen to know of somebody who removed a 72003 or 4 and are looking for a new home for it. I say a 72004 as well because the router has dual X axis stepper motors, NEMA 34's. I would like to get this put back into service without replacing all the electronics if possible.

Thanks

Bryan

Glad you found us,, these machines are sometimes called "Billhogs" my first machine was one. any built before 2004/5

Very few if any on this forum will even know who Aniheim Automation is.

I amy know someone who could have a barnfull of that stuff (if it has not been trashed) although in the long run you may want to consider a Mach three system (rewire) less $$ or a wincnc More $$$ the wincnc will put you upgraded with those here on the forum. the mach well there is somewhere for that !

Welcome aboard while there is no tech support for the older "Hogs" there are still a few of us who know them

Thanks for helping out, my hog has a 4x4 area and its about 6x6 footprint size. I have been looking into a whole upgrade and the funds are in the budget since I picked it up for so little.
