I pretty much copied this guys stet up methods, they work well for a person with one shaper.

Gerry- True. Its for a neighbor that wants good quality door fronts and is a barter deal. Just was curious about using the cnc for it.


Russell - Thanks for the info. I wanted to do something like what you did since I need to build these doors for my neighbor and myself. I plan on building all my cabinets for my next house in a few years.

The machine I have is a Panther 508 with the 3.0 KW (4.2 HP) spindle with the performance package upgrade.
