Default Copper wire and Why

So we bought a large Grizzley and the machine started faulting,, Replaced Power supply and bam instant better

But eventually the Gremlins were still there.

A quick check with the Guru And a list of things,,

1) Noticed that during a fix up with the DC the copper wire had been removed so we replaced it and BAM again working very Well

2) ask for Help !!! the machine has now run a good 50 sheets with out a hitch

Thanks to the GURU and You Know who you are !

Large Grizzly "what"? DC?

Our machines are extremely sensitive to even minor static electricity and the tutelage of the expert you reference is really important to follow! The only other tool in my shop that I had to actively ground was my jointer/planer which because of the isolation that the plastic dust hood and rubber Fernco connection to the 120mm port(s) was caused, I was experiencing "human discomfort" all too often when switching functions. The CNC got the full monty right from the start...I don't want or need any weirdness there and for you running a production shop, it's even more critical!
