Nice pictures Jim, it looks like there are a lot of people there. Joey I think Jim can listen with one ear while taken pictures. That's a nice looking mantle is that part of the new Aspire software ;)

If I hurry, I can get in a comment before McGrew. The dude just never sleeps! We made it back to GA early in the AM. Thanks Joey and Paul for letting Jim and I ride along. Many hours of good conversation. For those who couldn't make the seminar, you missed a good one and I suggest you save up for the upgrade cause it's going to be spectacular as you may expect. Some of the new features in Aspire 3 will keep you up nights thinking of how far you can expand your abilities. It was great to meet some fellow Camheads, Nick, Mark and others. Many thanks to Tony, James, and Brian for putting on a great seminar to a packed room. Their programming abilities are always amazing. Tim Merrill brought some of his best work as well. Looking forward to seeing postings of projects once the release hits us.

Paul it was fun driving through the night with someone to talk to. Jim and Paul were out like a light after dinner last night.
I agree the new aspire is over the top with new features and function. The group was alive with talent. I for one came back with more than I took.

It was good to see the camheads face to face. Frank and Mark and the others thanks for showing your colors (yellow & black) at the event.

Wow, I had an amassing time at the user group meeting in Memphis.

I felt way out of my league a lot but there was not one person I talked to that wasnít gracious and helpful. Some of the big hitters like Jim Mcgrew and Tim Merrill were just as nice in person as they are on the various forums, wanting to help and answer any questions you could ask. We are so lucky to have Jim on this forum. Joey and Paul from CAMaster couldnít have been nicer and very helpful, it sure made me feel like I made the right choice picking CAMaster and sending them my check without ever meeting them or seeing an actual machine. Paul Stelpflug was fun to talk to over lunch one day and shared a lot of his ideas and experiences with me, thanks Paul it was nice meeting you.
A special thanks to Frank Cloutier from the Portland area, I really enjoyed exchanging ideas and future projects with you.

Tony, Brian from Vectric and of course James B were fantastic and Iím so looking forward to the release of V3. I looks like itís going to be easier to use and understand than 2.5, plus itís going to contain many new tutorials and models for us to use. Changing the standard horse model to three new ones was really interesting session and making it possible for us to do that with any models is going to be great.

So many things to try and so little time.

Thanks for all for this forum; I hope to be able to contribute a lot more this coming year.

Mark
