Thanks Jim. For someone like myself who hasn't made chips yet this is an excellent tutorial that starts to put some of the various aspects of CNC routing together. The 3DModelClub.com site is great too.

Do you know of a links page with places to get 3D files?

Yes like that Jim.

I've seen Vectorart3D's site already (and have a couple of files picked out to get) and I've seen it on people's sites to show customers what's available for their kitchens, etc. (Like the 222Artesian site that did the tutorial.)

I'm sure there are other sites out there who also sell 3D files. Here are some I've found:
