Good video.
Love the honesty about not knowing but saying "this is the answer"
I say, keep it as it is.

This is good.
Jim I just unwrapped a file you gave me that was half of a acanthus colume top and vectorcut one of the 1/4's off of it copied it across my piece a total of 4 times baked it and got a full round cap.

This new version is way more powerful and easier to use I'm glad to have it.

Now how bout givin up that king file hahaha!

The computer simulation looks great. How does the output file look when you apply it to the rotary?

From what I could I see on the unwrapped image, it appears that the file will cut beautifully.

Lets see some tool paths and some chips.

Nice video BTW.

Great video Jim, what was the machine time?
Did you start off will a square block, if so do you first have to create a rounding tool path then go onto what you just explained in the video or do you start square and go straight to the roughing tool path.
