Default Two Lithopanes

Here are two lithopanes made with Aspire. The pictures were taken during my last trip to Honk Kong to visit my brother we had a family reunion .... give it a few seconds to switch

Size 8" x 5 1/2"
Material 1/4" Corian (Glacier White)
1/4" Ball Nose 16,000 rpm - 175 ipm - 15% stepover
1/16" Ball Nose 16,000 rpm - 175 ipm - 8% stepover
Total cutting time 7 Hours

Thanks, I stopped at a local solid surface shop today to pick up some scrap corian to practice on. Really appreciate the help. They had a huge CNC, but it wasn't the pretty yellow color that we all enjoy.

Great job Mick, I like the way you make them flash. A very interesting way to display a lithophane.

If you check out this link http://gifninja.com/ all you have to do is select two pictures (more if you want to) and it will convert them to a "gif" you are able to slow the changing speed down by moving the slider.

Mick,

The lithopanes look really nice, the clarity of the pictures are great.
Did you follow a write up on the Aspire forum or did you come up with something on your own? What software did you use to convert the picture and import it into Aspire? How did you backlight it?
