Default First edge lit acrylic

Was asked by a plasma/powder coating frind of mine to handle a acrylic request for him. Nothing new to to add but it was a fun project! My first time seems to be a success.

I used a 90* v for the outline. .015 deep. Then a 1/4" O flute for the flat fill in @ .010 deep. Both @ 14K and fed ad 80ipm. Profile/pocket @ 35* toolpaths

The rendering was black with grey fill in the flat area. I did what I thought would give two levels of light.

Thanks for the info. I don't see why they wouldn't be any less that ecstatic for that. Turned out great.

Beautiful job, Tim! I can't wait to try some of the edge lit stuff down the road.
