Default Cobra not cutting square.

I'm going to be doing my first double sided project.

I cut 2 42x24 rectangles out of ply to do all the tests of the dados and such that will be carved. When I measured the rectangle it was 1/16" out. When I went and put the panel into my 90 guide that I cut in place with the machine and pushed the short side against the guide at the end of the 42" it's out .13"

Dont know what's going on. Any ideas?

Thanks Luke, got it squared away. Had to do a resolution test and make an adjustment. It's cutting square now.
