Default Aborted- Low Z

Getting this message: Aborted - Boundry Low Z.

For some reason while getting ready to surface the spoil board my bit smash down about a 1/2" into the board causing belt slippage I'm guessing. So now I get the Aborted message and my end mill will not lower below 4" from the spoil board. In other words it stops at 4" above the top of the spoil board. It wont let me remeasure the bit. Tried calling support earlier this morning and had to leave a message but that's been 2 hours ago.

Any help would be much appreciated.
Bill

Low Z means the file is asking to go below the boundary and the machine is saying NO i will not.

turn machine off then on and reinitialize, I would set z on the spoilboard then calibrate.

once done check z zero and it should be the same.

noow look at the file and material setup

Ive tried turning off machine and computer but get the same results.
It will initialize but after if I press page down it stops at 4 above the table with the error Aborted...

Default Fixed

Just got off the phone with Mike at Camaster. Had to turn off soft limits and reset.
Everything works as it should.
