Default Cutting 3/16" aluminum?

I've asked to quote a job cutting 3/16" 3003 aluminum... I've not cut anything aside from wood/mdf, etc... Looking for suggestions as well as am I going down a road I shouldn't be?... This would be a large quantity of cutting and being I don't have the experience, most likely will pass on it but just wanted your input.

Thanks!

I look at it this way...is the job big enough that it's worth you making the investment to properly equip for cutting metal in quantity? Lubrication/cooling, work support and a spoilboard that will not absorb oil, etc. Cutting aluminum and brass can be really messy...dong a one-off is no big deal, but I'd want to be setup properly for any kind of volume, personally.

That said, the actual cutting isn't too bad with proper tooling (O-flute) and toolpath parameters that are appropriate for the material. (a lot more passes than with wood, for example)

Thanks for the replies... I think I'll try getting more experience on both the CNC as well as cutting other things aside from what I've been cutting... I still consider myself a newbie and don't want to walk into something I would regret taking on. I don't my experimenting on a small scale but this would be going overboard with my experience.
