Default WinCNC and J Tech 7 watt laser issue

We setup our new Stinger 1 with "Fully Integrated J Tech 7 Watt Laser" with high expectations for it to work. Truly a turn key solution. Well that is not the case. Setup the file to be lasered. The Tech Support folks have no answer at this time. They have logged into our machine and done recoding and test. No solution yet. The laser does not turn on when it is supposed to. It turns on when it is not supposed to. The Stinger moves for the file design, but no laser burning when it is supposed to.
How many of you out there have experienced this same issue? Or am I alone?
Frustrated New Stinger owner.

This is a brand new feature (the laser on the Stinger) so there are not many folks here with it yet. Please keep working with Tech support. They WILL get you up and running. It sounds like something isn't connected (physical) or configured (software) correctly.

I just got my Panther ATC with J tech laser setup a couple weeks and have cut a few things with it. I have only used the quick engrave toolpaths with the Camaster_Laser_Inch.pp Post processor from Jtechs website(Link below) . It took me a few days of trial and error to get things working with the laser. I had to delete a few lines of Gcode that kept aborting the job before it really started. Do you have any examples of the G-Code where you are having issues? Here is an example of the gcode changes i had to make...

Disclaimer: I'm a total Noob to CNC and have never operated a machine until my new Panther 0510 showed up and this may not be the correct way to do it but through trial and error I've got the machine to do what i want.

Dang...that looks great. I wish I had the option of a laser on my SR24.
Maybe my 2nd machine....
