Default please help with rotary

I promised a young man.. (Soft hearted) that I would make him a staff like The one in Black Panther... I have never used my rotary on my Stinger 3 SR-48. And have no idea how to make this.. can I please get some assistance? Or at least point me to some training,, PLEASE!!! plack panther.jpg

For a few reasons, that staff would be better cut flat on the bed using two sided machining techniques.
Create the vectors for the outline of the staff with the crook flat to the bed. Use a two rail sweep to make the shape and then mirror the shape for the other side. The ball probably would be machined separately in two pieces and then applied to a flat on the end.
Cutting a long thin shape on the rotary is a challenge that needs special supports to prevent movement and vibration.
