Default Looking for a Zero Clearance Insert template

Is there a template Zero Clearance Insert for a Jet tablesaw out there? Below is what I like to cut out with the Stinger 1 when I get it. If not I guess I'll have to make a pattern.

George, not what you’re looking for but here’s one I made for my right tilt Unisaw. I think it could be adapted to the Jet and made out of a hardwood like maple. These were selling for over $100 15 years ago. It could be a money maker.
Let me know if you’d like the dxf file.

If you can get the dimension of the insert it would be easy to make, I make mine out of MDF, several at a time

For a quick insert get some carpet tape and a piece of baltic plywood. Tape a piece of plywood to your insert. Take a router with a flush trim bit, carefully adjust so you don't hit the original insert and route a new insert plate. Mark and drill a couple holes and you are done. If you need adjusters on your new plate a couple small sheetmetal screws work fine.

I have done this several times, works great.

I make mine out of .5 solid surface,

trace one or scan in 11 x 17 scanner then tweak in aspire VCP to fit after that make as many as you want
