Default Vacuum muffler?

I'm a new owner of a used Stinger III with a Hurricane vacuum. As is a complete surprise to no one, it's loud. Does anyone have a plan for a suitable muffler that doesn't restrict airflow too much? I can make some guesses, but would love to use something that is proven to work if such a thing exists.

By the way, I'm really surprised there aren't threads on this already. Am I missing something completely obvious?

Thanks in advance,
TJ

Seems like many folks put them completely outside their shops.

I run these on my vac motors and he has kits, with 90 degree fittings if needed.

I also found a muffler for the output of my dust collector. A very good 50 dollar investment.

Default Fwiw

I put mine outside under cover with about ~30 feet of PVC schedule 40 with four elbows and it works fine.
