I have been having some issues navigating the forum website for the past week or so. I was hoping it would clear up on it's own, but I am still having problems. What happens is that I click my bookmark for the forum and the main page always loads immediately. After that, things get sporadic. If I then click on one of the links to a thread or category, it may or may not load immediately. It may take up to a couple of minutes. Eventually, it will either load or it will time out, in which case I can hit refresh and then it will load. During this period the status bar will say, "Waiting for www.camheads.org". This seems to happen sporadically with any given link maybe 80% of the time. Other times, the same link may load right away. Curious, I tried the Camaster website and had the same issue there. I have rebooted my computer and my Verizon Jetpack numerous times as well as emptied my cache. I have this issue on my iMac using both Firefox and Safari, my Android Samsung Note 4 using either the Jetpack or 4G, and my HP laptop using Internet Explorer - all give me the same results.

For some reason, I only have this issue with the Camaster website and the forum. On any other website, the links load immediately.

If any of you have had this issue or have some idea of what might be going on between my computers and the Camaster website and forum, please weigh in. I am lost without this forum's knowledge base and am trying to find my way home!

Thanks!
Dave

My office computer has developed some problems, yet my Home has not. if we were to have a system of complaints I will look into it, but so far the vast majority seems to be doing Ok with the forum.

Want to hear my biggest problems

My problem is that the photos don't load up very well.
They download from the net but for some reason the window remains dark until I hit the prev. or next button. or click back off the dark photo window click onto the picture again and it will pops right up.

Maybe be it something in IE

Also could someone tell me why everything I download from becoming a PHP attachment file?

And you guys thought you had problems
Aghhh my coffee fell over

Larry,
Both issues are IE related..
Nothing you can do.
Have another cup of your choice.....

Thanks for the feedback, fellas. I received the notification email of your post to this thread this morning, James, and clicked on the link in the email. It took me directly to your post in the forum with no problem. Later, I tried returning to this thread from within the forum and had to wait a minute or more for it to load again. And it was the same for me with, not all, but most of the other links I tried in the forum so far today. Larry, I've also experienced the dark empty windows when I click on some of the attached images. That, too, seems to be sporadic for me, as some image attachments will load immediately. Gee, I hope you're not coming down with what I got!

It all reminds me of what my Sunday School teacher used to say when I would stump her with a difficult question. Her reply would be, "Some things we don't understand, we just have to accept." Or similarly, like Michael says, "Have another cup of coffee!" I might be a bit frustrated, but you guys always manage to crack me up! Thanks for the laughs!

Dave
